Processing Time

All of our products are carefully made and prepared to order. Please allow 2–14 business days for processing and fulfillment before your order is shipped.

Processing times may vary during:

New product launches or special releases
High order volumes

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier's processing times.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

Weather conditions
Customs processing (for international orders)
High shipping volumes or other circumstances outside of our control

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. KVCraftLounge is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at kv.bitesandgo@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. KVCraftLounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping provider.
